DIABLO TURKEY BRIE PANINI

gmf turkey brie sandwich diablo sauce recipe
(Serves 1-2)
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices sour dough
  • 1 T. softened butter (or butter flavored spray)
  • 3 oz sliced roasted turkey (from the deli)
  • 3 oz brie with outside wax removed
  • 1-1/2 T. Green Mill Diablo Wing Sauce
  • 1 oz grilled red onions (optional)
  • 4 large spinach leaves (optional)
  • 1 oz Green Mill Diablo Wing Sauce (optional)
  • 1 pickle (optional)
Preparation:
  1. Butter (or spray) both sides of bread.
  2. Place both slices in front of you butter side down.
  3. Place both slices in front of you butter side down.
  4. Place spinach on top of cheese on one side of bread.
  5. Place the grilled onions on top of spinach.
  6. Divide turkey in half and place on both bread slices.
  7. Top both turkey sides with 3/4 T. Green Mill Diablo Wing Sauce.
  8. Place a skillet pan on medium heat.
  9. Place both sides butter side down on skillet pan.
  10. Heat until cheese is melted or until bread is golden brown.
  11. Place both pieces together so turkey is together.
  12. Cut sandwich in half and serve.
  13. Serve with 1 oz Green Mill Diablo Wing Sauce on the side and a tooth pick with a pickle.

Note: this can be done on the Panini machine or the George Forman Grill making sure you do not press down on sandwich. If you make as a Panini use 1/2 T. less sauce and gently place together turkey to turkey then place on machine.
