Ingredients:
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 20 oz cooked Penne pasta (8 oz uncooked)
- 2 T. fresh shredded basil
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
- 2 oz fresh Mozzarella (optional)
- 1 jar (14 oz) Green Mill San Marzano Pizza Sauce
- Fresh cracked sea salt (optional)
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Preparation:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and toss with 1 T. olive oil.
- Sautee garlic in 1 T. olive oil over medium heat in sauce pan, add sauce.
- Heat Green Mill San Marzano Pizza Sauce in sauce pan until hot.
- Toss pasta, sauce and fresh basil.
- Place on platter or in big pasta bowl.
- Grind sea salt and black pepper over pasta. (according to taste)
- Top with fresh Mozzarella and drizzle with 1/2 tsp olive oil.
